A Poem
A had a leg of a deer, And I ate the bone clear, I never saw it forever, But I will have another.
The other one I ate, Tasted really great, It was soft and chewy,, But my brother went patooey!

I did not eat your dinner roll, I did not swipe your lunch box, I did not stuff your backpack, With worms the size of rocks, I did not hide your favorite shoes, I did not break your toy dog Spike, It must have been my brother We look a lot alike.

Mosquito Bite
A buzzing, A zuzzing, A mosquito is at work. He pierces through your helpless skin, To suck the blood which lies within, While he goes home, all fat and full, You scratch yourself, a raging bull! Scarlett c

I did not wear your flipflops Or even break the phone. I did not listen to the hiphop Or use up all the cologne. I did not make a mess Or rip your fancy dress. I know it was another. I bet it was my brother. c |

I Am Much Too Busy
I am much to busy to read tonight I’m much too busy to groom, I’m much too busy to play with the dog, Or take her to the bathroom. I'm much to busy to dribble a ball I’m much too busy to clean I’m much too busy to stop and think About a single thing. Laura c

My Bike
My bike is big and blotchy, It likes to play air hockey, And when it yells, “I’m losing,” I just pretend I’m snoozing.
My bike has purple spots all over, I like to call my bike Rover, But when I come to think of it, I do not like my bike one bit. Antonia

I Did Not Take Your Donut
I did not take your donut, I did not swipe your shoe, I did not take your hairbrush, but Maybe I did take your glue.
I could have swiped your notebook, I could have snatched your spoon, I could have swiped your fishing hook, But not yet, not so soon.

I did not scribble on your homework, I did not take your dog, Perkey, I did not stuff the turkey, With popcorn and beef jerky, I did not hide your shirt, I did not ride your trike, It must have been my brother, We look a lot alike. Nicholas c |

Last night I dreamed of pigs They were wearing underwear, They were bouncing off the ceiling. They were pulling out my hair, They were eating all the light bulbs They were beating on a drum, They woke my sister up And she started sucking on her thumb.

They were swimming in my hot tub, They were riding on my bike, They were hanging from the banister, I said, "Go take a hike!" They left by jumping from the roof, They left by kart-wheeling out the door, They left by flying out the windows, Yelling, "You're no fun anymore!" When I woke up in the morning, I was surprised to find, They must have really been there Because they left shoes behind! Madeline W
