It is the policy of Edmonds School District to maintain a safety program to integrate the principles of safety and health at all district properties and functions. Such a program will provide a systematic way of reducing or eliminating hazards and the losses that result from accidents.
The safety program will: develop safety and health consciousness, identify and eliminate hazards, insure investigation of accidents to learn what caused them and prevent their occurrence, and preserve accident data.
