It is the policy of Edmonds School District to dispose of instructional materials which are out of date, not in adoption, and/or in a condition beyond economical repair.

DEFINITION: |
"Surplus materials" shall include text books and other books, equipment, instructional materials or relocatable facilities which school districts and other governmental agencies concerned with education have declared as surplus and therefore subject to disposal. |
