Welcome to Ms. Claiborne’s class.  During this year we are going to explore many exciting topics in science.  Science is knowledge derived from discovery, observation, and study.  In middle school science, students will focus on learning how to ask  essential questions about the world around them and design investigations to answer and understand.

I encourage students and parents to use this website throughout the year as an additional resource.  This website can be used to check the classroom calendar, assignment links, grades, and supplementary internet resources.
