Update FOR 2009/2010 SCHOOL YEAR |
The budget allotment for a full-time student attending the
entire school year is 500.00. (Later enrollees are pro-rated by
start date.) Withdrawals are also pro-rated.
Families: If you fail to make
progress three months in a row on your WSLP your FTE will be
reduced to zero starting with the first month of ‘no progress’.
That means your budget will be adjusted and pro-rated for the
months you were enrolled before you failed to make progress.
This could result in a change to your status from having a balance
to then owing the school money for services provided. Please
be aware of this as you attend to your WSLP progress deadlines.
Thank you!

Family Budgets
Every full-time student is alotted funds for use in the school
year. These funds can be used toward classes at EHRC, supplies,
curriculum etc. See our purchasing guidelines for more information.
If a student enrolls or withdraws during the school year, that
allotment is prorated depending on the beginning and or end of
enrollment dates. If you choose to withdraw before the end of the
school year your funds will be prorated to reflect actual time
enrolled. This may result in you oweing for classes that your student
is enrolled in. Balances due must be paid before withdrawal from
EHRC.
Self Payment for EHRC Fee Based Classes
We have a variety of class offerings at EHRC, some which have
fees. At registration for these classes, all fees are deducted
from your family budget. Once you exceed your allotment, you are
responsible to pay. Payments are due at the end of the second week
of each semester. Failure to pay will result in a frozen library
account and delinquent student status. If you add classes after
that date, you must pay for the class before we will add it to
your student's schedule. If you drop after that date, there will
be no refund. All drops after that date must be signed by the instructor.
