FIRST YEAR MENTEES

Expectations for First Year Certificated Staff:

  • Attend regular meetings with mentor
  • Participate in observations as determined by mentor or cohort
  • Attend EEA-District orientation to Certificated Staff Mentoring Program
    (held at New Certificated Staff Orientation)
  • Will take advantage of the opportunity to observe staff
  • Participate in the end of the year program evaluation

    Stipend:
