Supplemental Material Approval

Requesting Approval for Supplementary Materials:

To insure that the choice of supplementary materilas is done intentionally, please follow the process outlined below and fill out the requiested forms completely. Requests that are approved will be kept n file at the district.

Steps to getting materials approved:

  1. Download and fill out a Suplementary/Enrichment Materials Request for Approval Form. Submit to Department chair and Princial along with the appropriate Supplementary/Enrichment Building Recommendation Form. (Found Below)
  2. If materials are approved by Department Chair and Principal, they are considered recommended by the building. Once recommended by the building, have forms signed and submit both to the appropriate Teaching and Learning coordinator for final approval.
  3. Teaching and Learning will file forms if materials are approved and return a copy to you for your records.
  4. Supplementary materials need to be funded through building budgets.
