K-6 Standards

In the Edmonds School District, Grade Level Expectations (Critical Elements) define what students should know and be able to do in the content areas and guide instructional planning. In some content areas, these are referred to as Critical Elements. This was the original term used in Edmonds to define what students should know and be able to do. As the state releases the grade level expectations in content areas, the Critical Elements will no longer be used.
