Course Description

Looking outward is a theme for this English course. Students will do this through reading the literature of the 1980's and 1990's from other parts of the world, including Columbia, Egypt, Lebanon, Iraq, China, Japan, as well as others. Students will discover the stories, styles, and issues that receive the attention of the world, and work on writing assignments that include the expressive, creative, and analytical skills that will carry you on to college and the workplace
