Enrollment Information
How do I Enroll at Scriber Lake High School?
Scriber Lake High School enrollment is through an application process.
- Step 1 The student must attend an information meeting. These are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in the Scriber Lake Gym. With the exception of August and April.
- Step 2 The student and parent/guardian must complete the application packet and return the completed packet the following Friday, before 2:00 PM, student will be scheduled for an interview the following week.
- Step 3 The student attends a 30 minute interview with a member of the entry team
If a student is accepted they will be enrolled at the quarter.
What date would a student start?
If a student is acceped to enroll at Scriber, the enrollment dates for the 2008-2009 school year are the following:
October meeting: Quarter 2, November 3rd Entry
November meeting: Quarter 2, November 17th Entry
December and January meeting:Quarter 3, January 26th Entry
February meeting: Quarter 3, Possible February 18th Entry if space available or Quarter 4, April 13th Entry
March meeting: Quarter 4, April 13th Entry
April Meeting: Quarter 4, April 20th Entry
May and June meeting: Fall Entry September 2009
*all Entry is subject to space availablility
How do students get to school?
Students who live more than a mile from the school are provided with monthly Community Transit bus passes. The busses stop on 100th Ave W at the bottom of the driveway. Students access the campus from a stairway that leads up, directly to the Scriber campus.
Directions:
From Everett: I-5, exit #177 (N.E. 205th), turn right (W). Continue west on N.E. 205th (Follow signs for Ferry/Hwy 104 (West)). "Y" to the right (becomes Edmonds Way). Continue on Edmonds Way, turn left at 100th Ave W. Turn right at next signal.
From Seattle: I-5, exit #177 (Edmonds/Kingston Ferry), turn right (W). Continue west on N.E. 205th (Follow signs for Ferry/Hwy 104 (West)). "Y" to the right (becomes Edmonds Way). Continue on Edmonds Way, turn left at 100th Ave W. Turn right at next signal.
