Meadowdale Middle Home

I would like to give a big THANK YOU to those that have already volunteered this year. We could not do all of the special activities or events without you. Any time you give is so greatly appreciated, whether for 20 minutes or for an hour, for one time or on an ongoing basis.

So you may be thinking….I can do that. How can I volunteer? It’s easy. You just need to complete a volunteer packet which includes information about you, information on volunteer expectations and guidelines, a volunteer disclosure statement and request for a criminal history check. Additional forms are needed if you plan on driving/chaperoning on field trips including a copy of your driver’s license, a copy of your car insurance limits and a driver’s abstract from the Dept. of licensing. Once everything is completed and cleared you are ready to volunteer. (Volunteer packets are available in the office)

The easiest way for us to let you know about volunteer opportunities is through email. These emails are sent through out the year when volunteer opportunities arise. If you can help, just reply back. If you are not receiving these emails and would like to, just let us know. We also put this information in our newsletters and at our Parent Student Club
monthly meetings.
