Objective
: Become familiar navigating OS X while creating a visual outline of Powerpoint slide organization for the Truth or Lie project .
 

Description:
Create an outline illustration the organization of the Truth and Lie Powerpoint. Each slide that is to be included in the PowerPoint shall be represented on the outline. A minimum of eight slides, however up to 10 may be utilized. Use a horizontal and/or vertical layout with arrows to indicate how slides will be linked with action buttons. Use lines with arrows one one or both ends to show how a viewer can navigate through the PP show.

Required Elements:

  • Turn in hard copy by transfering to a word processor
  • While in Diagram view turn triangles closed to hide story details.
  • (Choose "File>transfer to word processor..) you will see this image to the right. Be sure all the boxes are checked- this will ensure that all the details of the closed triangles print-and then choose "ok" and Microsoft Office will launch. While in Office, attempt to fit to one page if possible.
  • Print and turn in! (No need to save the word document version)

Captions for each slide indicate content of slide.

á      Aesthetically pleasing web layout with unique digital image selections.

á      Polished written piece- free of spelling errors.

 
Save File
:Save your project twice! First as a regular Inspiration file (typical "Save As.." command) and also export the web as a .JPEG for importing into the PowerPoint project at a later date.

Media tie in: Both views (web and written) can be saved as gifs, jpegs or html documents for posting in the www, inserting into the yearbook DVD, opening in photo editing application and more.
