The Character Trait for March is....Honesty

This month we are emphasizing examples of Honesty. Honesty means not only telling the truth, but affirming our good character by doing what is right. This is not always easy but in the end is better for all concerned and further proves how we can all make a positive difference in our world.
Honesty is also illustrated in our actions such as returning the difference in change to an overworked clerk, a pet to its original owner or even a lost library book to its proper place. Though we cannot always be promised fairness to be given to ourselves, we can take responsibility for our actions.

Be honest with yourself, your parents, your friends and your community.
You will have a good conscience and people will trust and respect you.
