SixthChoirEvents Calendar |
Fifth graders continue to have general music twice weekly. In addition they now have the opportunity to learn a string, brass or woodwind instrument. During the month of September students will be introduced to the instruments they can learn and have the opportunity to play on them. They will bring home information regarding instruments and instruction books so you will know where to purchase and rent the needed materials. Fifth grade general music curriculum lists the critical elements a fifth grader is expected to learn during their year in music. Report Cards and Assessment shows in detail what skills each fifth grader is assessed for their report card. |
