About the IMD
The Instructional Media Department (IMD) has three major purposes:
  • To enhance literacy and literature appreciation through support of school libraries
  • To encourage engaged learning by facilitating the integration of technology into instruction
  • To support student learning by supplying information to the schools in various formats, including online databases and the District Media Library
We are a small, vital department, with a manager, four co-coordinators and four support staff.

  • Provides information, advice, and liason with vendors for buildings and programs making decisions about their technology needs
