We can use your help! Our library utilizes volunteer
helpers to keep up with our workload. We also
take donations of older, but serviceable computers and
VCRs. |
Students are assigned to a weekly
library period for book check out and library lessons.
Primary students learn about selecting appropriate books
and book care. Types of literature and famous authors
are introduced. Intermediate students are learning
skills spelled out in the district frameworks.
In addition to classroom computers, the media center
is home to Hilltop's 24 computer lab. In the lab,
students can search the Hilltop collections, learn to
type, do word processing and use cd-rom resources.
Students with parental permission can use the Internet
for school work. |
