The meeting was called to order at
7:36 pm by President Julie Mason.

Vanklavern, Julie Mason, Jonna Barlow, Jamili DeGrazia.
Melissa Antice new Council Rep.
Requesting that at least 2 teachers
can be present at PTA meetings to be a liaison to pass on information regarding
PTA.
There was a successful dinner held
for Academy parents. PTA was plugged.
800 students in count so far
this year.
All but 1 teacher has been hired.
There have been some schedule changes to balance class sizes.
Curriculum Night Oct. 25, 2007.
Balance on hand: $5,912.32
Copies of Financial Audit for end of
2006-2007 school year are available upon request.
Financial report approved.
Minutes from last meeting approved.

We will re-do Standing Rules when we
recieved 502C3.

Carol Frodge nominated Jamili
DeGrazia for Secretary approved.

Money to be spent from Stampede
Fundraiser. Teachers to submit request forms to be approved by PTA. Also
allocate certain dollar amounts between Depts.

Erect a climbing wall. May be able
to get matching funds from District. Carol checked out Liability issues. Every
thing fine. Mike to check out how to apply for matching funds. Also will check
on funds from local Rotary Club.

Stampede- Instead of top 6 classes
receiving prize, we will do a Century Club Breakfast. Students who collect
$100.00 or more are eligible to attend. Hospitality to add to their list. Would
like to get a poster or plaque to list Century Club names.

Superintendant Nick Brossoit to
attend Dec. 5th General Meeting. Mike will send out Phone Message to parents.
Lots of prizes coming in.
